Passionate about people management and their development, Dr John’s areas of core competency include talent management primarily focusing on talent reviews, selection assessments, performance, succession planning, engagement, leadership development, nationalisation, psychometrics and a wide array of occupational assessments, behavioural economics and talent analytics.

Dr John holds a degree in engineering, an M.B.A, a Ph.D. in management and is a certified occupational psychologist and a Gallup certified talent coach with over 17 years’ experience in talent management of which he has spent 12 years in the automotive industry.

Dr. John heads talent management for Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo B.S.C.(c) which is one of the most progressive organisations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. His role includes leading the largest automotive training facility in Bahrain as well.

Dr. John is a winner of many prestigious awards in the area of talent management and his recent initiative on developing automotive technician talent and a learning and development technology was nominated as one of the best talent development strategies in the Middle East.
