Florent is Application Engineering Manager in Europe for the Automotive Aftermarket Division at 3M. He holds a chemical engineer degree and has held various positions from small family-held company to international companies, in France (where he’s from) and abroad. He began working at 3M in 2007 as a European Technical expert in Scotch-Brite™ commercial products before joining the 3M Abrasives Solutions Division as a technical expert for car manufacturing plants and manager. For the last seven years he has been part of the Automotive Aftermarket Division at 3M.

Florent is passionate about self-development, but also development of his teams and customers.
