Grégory Coutanceau, the eldest of a family of restaurateurs, abandoned a career in medicine to follow the family passion, with brio. After perfecting his art with great names such as Alain Ducasse, Hélène Darroze and Frédéric Anton, he has created a cuisine that combines tradition and modernity. At the head of his own kitchen house, he makes it a point of honour to promote local producers and the diversity of products from his region. From its gastronomic restaurants such as Les Flots to more convivial places such as Vivre[s], it offers generous and inventive cuisine.
