Luiz Daniel Borges is the technical leader for automotive aftermarket in LATAM, he has a background in the automotive aftermarket of more than 20 years, having worked at Volkswagen and Dynamic technologies prior to 3M. Borges has an extensive knowledge of the value chain, having held positions in process engineering, manufacturing management, product development, quality and application engineering.

He is and industrial and materials engineer with an MBA in Strategic Industrial Management. Also has been specialised in new business strategy and development at IDEO. Teaches and give lectures related to Creativity, Design Thinking and Entrepreneurial Ethnography.
