Maher El Ghailani is the Area Managing Director for MENAT (Middle East, North Africa, Turkey & Azerbaijan) at Solera, a global leader in AI-driven claims management, Fleet and automotive data solutions for the insurance , OEMs and collision repair industries.

With over 20 years of international experience, Maher has held senior roles in leading software and telecom firms such as GTI Software & Networking, Westcon, Telefónica, and Parametric Texnology Corporation.

He is also actively involved in non-profit associations dedicated to advancing the insurance industry and leadership serving as Advisory Director of the Global Association of InsurTech Professionals (GAIP) and Ambassador of the Club des Dirigeants (CDD) in Dubai.

Maher holds an MBA from École des Ponts Business School, a Master’s in Computer Networks from Al Akhawayn University, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Abdelmalek Essaâdi University in addition to various  certifications and diplomas from San Diego University , California and Technical University of Munich.

Maher’s mission today is to drive innovation in the automotive and collision repair industries, by introducing Solera’s cutting-edge AI and digital solutions to insurers, OEMs, and repair networks across the MENAT region.
