Molly Mahoney serves as the National Marketing and Engagement Director for Collision Engineering. She is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to raise awareness of career opportunities, foster industry engagement, and promote the adoption of the program’s apprenticeship model. She manages the program’s relationships with partnering marketing and communications agencies, as well as its internal marketing outputs. Moreover, Molly actively advocates for the importance of collaboration and culture to address the pressing technician shortage in the industry. Through her engagements, she emphasises the need for a collective approach to overcome workforce challenges, highlighting the significance of fostering a positive workplace culture to attract and retain highly skilled technicians.
