Nuria has served as the Plant Director at NISSAN in Ávila since May 2022. In this role, she has taken on executive responsibilities for the NISSAN factory in Ávila, overseeing the profit and loss (P&L) as an independent operational business unit. She is also responsible for leading the Transformation Project at the NISSAN factory, transitioning it from a facility focused on manufacturing industrial vehicles to a business unit dedicated to producing parts for series vehicles and spare parts, while managing the operating account and overall results.
