A native of Brazil, Patricia began her career at DuPont in 1995 as a chemist. Over the next several years, she progressed through a series of technical assignments in the Industrial Coatings business. In 2001, Patricia relocated to Sao Paulo, Brazil, and joined the Refinish business where she held leadership roles in product and marketing management. Patricia relocated to Wilmington, Delaware, in 2007 as Marketing Services Manager for the North America Refinish business. She advanced through additional marketing management positions, including MSO Marketing Manager, leading up to her appointment as Marketing Director & Commercial Ops Director, Refinish North America in 2016. In 2020, Patricia was promoted to her current role, overseeing all of Axalta’s Refinish Marketing and Commercial Operations teams across the globe.

Patricia earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania –Wharton School.
