Ricard Olalla Guerra holds a physics degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has worked for the Bosch Group since 1992. He has experience in ABS/ESP application, product development for electrical drives, mostly windshield wipers, testing labs, prototype workshop, project management and sales, in different positions in Spain, Germany, the United States of America and Mexico.

He has managed the Mobility Solutions Sales department for Spain and Portugal since January 2011, responsible for OE sales. Since 2021 he also manages the OE Mobility Solutions Quality Customer Service for Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Benelux, Romania, Serbia, Türkiye, Russia and Africa.

He cooperates with the automotive industry as member of the board of SERNAUTO (Spanish Association of automotive suppliers) as well as ASEPA (Spanish automotive professionals association). He cooperates with INSIA (Institute for Automotive Research of the Technical University Madrid) as member of the board of the Automotive Engineering Master Program.
