Salman Shahid has been part of the collision repair industry for more than eighteen years. Having led the 3M Automotive Aftermarket Business both in Middle East & Africa and also in South East Asia, he has worked with partners and end-users in more than 25 countries on process improvement and efficiency. Salman currently leads the Europe Middle East & Africa collision repair segment for 3M and is extensively involved in how 3M is working with end-users to improve productivity and profitability at the Body Shops.
