Ünal Ünaldı graduated from University as an engineer in 2001, joining his established family business, Zeki Ünaldı Skoda service, in Ankara, where he was General Manager for 8 years. In 2008, he established his “RS Service” company in Ankara, before relocating the company HQ to Istanbul in May 2009.

Since then, Mr. Ünal has been continuously developing the company by establishing new sister companies and buying important players from the automotive business field. Today, “RS Automotive Group” has become the fastest developing company in Türkiye for automotive services through 7 different specialist companies operating under “RS Automotive Group”.

“RS Service” has got more than 60 franchises all over Türkiye today, plus 1 branch in Prague and 2 branches in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The group has the biggest market share in Türkiye for micro/smart repairs, mobile spare part repairs and collision repair.

“RS Auto Expertise” has introduced next generation Thermographic X-Ray technology to the market, providing ground breaking expertise in second hand car inspection services.

“PDRS Paintless Dent Repair Systems” has secured the market leader position in Türkiye, establishing over 60 franchises within 2 years and becoming the most well known company in Türkiye for hail damage repair. “PDRS Paintless Dent Repair Systems” has now taken PDR repairs to another level by forming distribution agreements with leading GPR equipment manufacturers.

“Guaranteed Auto Services” and “Auto Comfort” are two other “RS Automotive Group” companies, formed to supply a range of services to car owners through various digital platforms and markets. In 2022, RS Automotive Group established national reach for these services by purchasing the oldest and largest road assistance company in Türkiye, Tur Assist. Tur Assist is acknowledged as the leading assistance company in Türkiye, adding great value to “RS Automotive Group” by providing a full range of assistance services to the group and to clients.

Looking ahead, Mr. Ünaldı and RS Automotive Group are working to expand their network, experience and know-how to global markets. They are investing significantly in training and innovation, because Mr Ünal’s vision is to create an International Academy for every car damage repair sector. The latest step in realising this vision was the purchase of Met Teknik in 2022, with the Met Teknik Academy already a very well known and respected training center for motor vehicle damage repairs in Türkiye.

Mr. Ünal is also the Founder & President of TOSEF, the Turkish Independent Service Shops Federation.
