Barbaros is an e-mobility entrepreneur who believes strategic transformation is key for existing businesses to catch the wind of change. He worked with his family business to pivot from commercial vehicle lighting systems to EV charging systems manufacturing.

He earned both his Industrial Engineering undergraduate and graduate degrees from University of Michigan Ann Arbor and worked as a technology consultant in Detroit. After establishing an accredited R&D centre and the Volti brand at his family company, he is currently the managing partner of VoltiNetwork, a charging network operation company.
