Amber is the director of marketing and project management for the Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF). The CREF focuses is on three main priorities: 1) attracting students to local collision school programs 2) supporting collision programs and 3) connecting entry level talent with industry employers.
Always passionate about developing people, Amber has 17 years’ experience in program development and training, 10 of which have been spent in the collision industry. Amber was an integral part of the creation of The Collision Career Institute formed in 2016, and currently serves in an advisory capacity as a founding partner.
Amber is driven to make an impact with people through skills development and career pathing strategies leading to rewarding careers in the collision industry.
