Eric Kenar, Manager technician environment and service technical college. Dealer service and warranty operations, General Motors

Eric has over 30 years of automotive aftersales experience with General Motors and has held numerous field technical, service development and management positions in several business segments in the USA. 

He joined the technical training team in 2018 and serves as the technical training and technician environment manager for General Motors Customer Care and Aftersales. 

Eric is responsible for the training and development of dealership technicians for General Motors USA. In addition, Eric works on various initiatives to recuit the next generation of technicians into GM dealerships.  Eric serves on the ASE Education Foundation Board of Directors.
