Ford is planning to cut up to 5,000 jobs in Germany in an effort to turn around its European business. Some UK jobs will also be lost as part of the strategy. Ford, which employs 53,000 people in the Europe, including 24,000 in Germany and 12,000 in the UK, reported losses of $400m in 2018. [...] -
