Whistleblower sparks recall order

The BBC reports that the South Korean government has ordered Hyundai and Kia Motors to recall some 240,000 vehicles, after a tip off from a whistleblower. Nissan profits up 27%

Nissan has seen annual profits jump 27%, boosted by better sales in China, the US and Europe. Japan’s second biggest carmaker had net profits of £4.5bn in the year to the end of March.
