Jim Muse promoted to VP

Axalta has announced the promotion of James (Jim) Muse to vice president of global refinish sales.
In Jim’s new role he will lead the company’s global customer base, as well as developing global sales force plans. Jim will also remain responsible for many key American strategic accounts.
Joseph McDougall, president, global refinish, Axalta, commented on the appointment, ‘Jim knows the refinish industry inside and out. He will play an instrumental role in the commercialization of new products, evaluation of M&A targets, and the deployment of programs to strengthen our customer relationships and sales force effectiveness throughout our global refinish business.’
Since 2013, when Jim joined Axalta, he has been a part of the North American refinish leadership team. In 2015, Jim was awarded the Axalta Senior Leadership Award, to recognise his noteworthy contributions to the organization.
