Lucy Cater has five years’ experience working in the paints and coatings industry. Since leaving university with a BA Hons 2:1 in politics and philosophy, Lucy has worked for three years at AkzoNobel in people-centric roles, such as HR and compliance, and is now in a commercially focused, global role. As a millennial herself, Lucy has travelled globally to share the thoughts and views of millennials and explain how this has started to change the way the automotive sector sells vehicles and mobility services.
