Michelle Perez was made physical damage process business leader at Progressive Insurance in 2017. Michelle has been with Progressive for 25 years, holding multiple claims process and field leadership roles while building a robust background in process design, implementation, assessment, and refinement. She’s successfully led the development and implementation of several claims-wide initiatives, including Progressive’s brand-differentiating service centre model.
Currently, Michelle focuses on defining and delivering Progressive’s physical damage handling strategic vision, including harnessing the power of technology.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Business Management degree and lives with her husband and daughter in Cleveland, Ohio.
