Michelle Sullivan is the Strategic Sales Manager for AkzoNobel where she leads the teams of key account managers and strategic sales hunters for North America. Prior to joining AkzoNobel, a majority of her 25 years of collision repair industry experience was focused on leading sales and operational teams, primarily in the distribution segment. Her expertise includes sales force effectiveness, operational excellence, talent optimization, organizational strategy development and execution.
Michelle is passionate about leaving the industry better than she found it through mentoring, education and involvement in numerous industry organizations. She has been a member of the Women’s Industry Network since its inception in 2006. She is a member of the Board of Directors and Immediate Past Chair on the Executive Committee for WIN. In 2014, she co-authored “Recruiting and Retaining Successful Women”. In 2016, she was honored with the Most Influential Women award. Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. She resides in the Baltimore metro area with her husband and they have 4 children.
