New symposium heads for NACE

Assured Performance, one of the largest OEM certified collision repair networks in the world, will hold an OEM Certification Symposium in conjunction with the NACE expo 2016.
The symposium which takes place 10-11 August will see Assured Performance and vehicle manufacturers including: Ford, Nissan, Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles, Hyundai and others combine to host a content-filled symposium for certified repair providers, interested repairers and invited guests.
The event will offer attendees the opportunity to gain insight into industry trends and manufacturer strategies; while learning how to maximise the value of OEM certification credentials. It will also explore how OEM certification is linking vehicle owners directly with certified repair providers through the new and rapidly expanding OEM customer referral programmes (CRP). The event will also debut new tools for repair quality assurance, documenting the use of OEM repair procedures such as: KPI/data management, process management (ERP) and customer relations management (CRM).
The OEM Certification Symposium will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, CA in conjunction with the NACE expo.
