Roberto Sticca to become an IBIS Ambassador

The International Bodyshop Industry Symposium (IBIS) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Roberto Sticca as an IBIS Ambassador for the European region to kickstart its 2023 schedule themed “Sustainable Strategies for Success”. The IBIS Ambassadors programme is a collaboration between IBIS Worldwide and some of the global automotive collision repair industry’s most respected and recognised experts to bring the freshest, most innovative thought leadership content and expertise to audiences at each conference. Before assuming his current role of general manager for CSN Collision Italy, Mr Sticca had significant management experience with BMW Group, ING Group, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Lease Plan and Barclays Group. He has a strong understanding of the mobility, automotive repair and insurance market through a track record of success in customer service management, implementation of digitisation programmes for fleet management, operations centres, used car remarketing, auto repair networks, productivity enhancement activities, cost management and central purchasing.
Mr Sticca said: “I am honoured to become a part of this community of professionals supporting the IBIS Worldwide initiatives. We are all striving to build the most successful and sustainable future for the sector and the next generations.”

Since the first IBIS conference in 2001, the International Bodyshop Industry Symposium (IBIS) has become firmly established as the leading global conference and networking provider for automotive collision repair industry leaders and influencers.
The inaugural conference was held at the Celtic Manor Resort in Wales and hosted 120 delegates from 12 countries. Since then, IBIS events have been held at venues on five continents, reaching more than a thousand influencers each year, with the Global Summit annually attracting more than 350 delegates from around 30 countries.
