Service Certainty deploys field force

Service Certainty have been appointed to represent FCA Dealer Services, conducting physical stock audits at all dealerships throughout the UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey under the FCA umbrella alongside ART TKS.

FCA Dealer Services brands include Ferrari, Maserati, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Jeep and Hymer.

The key benefit of Service Certainty’s offering is the overall number of feet on the ground, ensuring hundreds of dealerships are audited every month with data reported back to FCA in real-time.  Service Certainty deploy audit instructions to its network using the bespoke Service Certainty app allowing the network to accept and book jobs within seconds of receiving instructions.

Auditing vehicle dealerships presents its own challenges due to the sites being open to the public and being heavily customer focused, it causes a lot of distraction. Service Certainty have worked closely with several key dealerships to identify any foreseeable issues.
