Adam Thurman has spent the past 25 years in the repair industry, starting as an apprentice, moving into estimating roles before progressing into management. Specialising in developing existing business, he has also headed up new starter projects in both Smart and Bodyshop for independents and dealership owned sites.

He now jointly owns the first dedicated electric vehicle repair centre in the UK.
