Anıl graduated from Yıldız Technical University, B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, 2010. Anıl started his professional career in the automotive sector at Borusan Oto. He has been working as the Claims Partner Manager at AXA Sigorta since 2017. As of 2023, he has been managing the Claims Partner and Performance Management Directorate and member of the extended executive board.

He has deep knowledge on aftersales services, CX, operational excellence and business development, innovation, digital transformation and vendor management.
