Benedict Ngieng is a highly skilled Body & Paint Trainer, B&P Operation Support, and B&P Industrial Expert with over 15 years of experience in the industry. His expertise lies in vehicle damage assessment, body repair, and auto refinishing process & compliance.

During his career, Benedict has been actively involved in the Malaysian B&P Industry, where he has developed three National Occupational Skill Standards at Level 3 for Body Repair, Painting, and Frontline for both B&P SA and Loss Adjuster under JPK, along with other industrial experts. He has also played an essential role in working groups for Malaysia Standard MS1822 – MS Smash Repair and for Integrated Workshop System (IWS) under Department of Malaysia Standard.

Previously, Benedict held senior positions such as Assistant Manager at Proton Edar Sdn Bhd – Body & Paint Development Department, and Manager at Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis Sdn Bhd – Body & Paint Support Department.

Benedict has pursued various professional courses, including IMI (UK) – Estimating & Repair Methodology, MII – Malaysia Insurance Institute – General & Life Insurance Practices, and SKM Level 3 – Motor Vehicle Damage & Repair Assessment Operation.
