Brandon’s 20-plus-year collision industry career began with I-CAR in 2002 serving in their marketing department then joining the Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) in 2009.

Brandon led CREF’s efforts to support US-based high school and college collision programs, students, and instructors nationwide. Brandon was appointed to the role of Executive Director for CREF in 2023 and looks forward to leading the organization in continuing its support of collision school programs showcasing the industry as a viable career option to the general public and addressing the industry’s aging workforce and need for entry-level staff.
