Chris is a passionate, driven leader that believes in leveraging data and harnessing the talent of the team to create industry differentiating owner experiences that are enabled by the daily advancements in technology. He came to Ford with a love for cars and that quickly evolved into a love for all the ways the ownership journey comes to life.
As the Collision and Global Brand Protection Manager for Ford, he draws upon his extensive experiences shaped from his time at Ford at Retail, Operations, Sales and Service to disrupt the status quo, and ensure innovation and growth never come at the expense of integrity of repair or in how we treat our customers.
His passion is not limited to the work he is doing in the auto-industry – Chris loves spending time with his 3 kids, staying active, travelling, laughing and just having fun along the way. He approaches every day as a gift & it’s with that in mind that he has shaped his leadership shadow to inspire others, to bring people together and to simply walk-the-walk in all he does.
