Christoph has a consulting background, where he advised clients in growth, business development and the M&A lifecycle. Within IRS he is responsible for international business development, which includes organic opportunities and growth through M&A, where one of his key focus areas is the integration of newly acquired targets and the transition of IRS into an international organisation.
