Before joining asTech, Craig held pivotal leadership roles at Allstate and Esurance, where he directed auto claims operations, managed large teams of claims professionals, and oversaw multi-billion-dollar indemnity payments. His strategic leadership was instrumental during the integration of Esurance claims into Allstate’s operations, showcasing his ability to navigate complex transitions and drive process improvements.

Craig began his career at Progressive Insurance, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of claims management, physical damage processes, and vendor relations.
