Craig Edmonds has over 30 years of leadership experience, successfully transforming large organizations through effective change management, resulting in industry-leading financial performance and an exceptional customer experience.

Craig is currently the President of asTech North America, the leading provider of diagnostic solutions and services to the collision industry.

Craig was Vice President of Auto Claims at Allstate from 2020-2023, responsible for operations and process design for Auto Physical Damage (APD) for 2500+ claims professionals nationwide, including all of Allstate’s Auto-adjusting functions (appraisal, total loss), direct repair program (DRP) management, salvage, subrogation, and special lines. Craig also had dotted line accountability for 1000+ Allstate India Auto claims employees. APD is responsible for $10+ Billion in annual indemnity payments for Allstate.

In August of 2019, Craig assumed responsibility as Chief Claims Officer for Esurance Auto and Property claims operations and managed the merger and transition of Esurance claims into Allstate’s claims organization.

In 2015 Craig became Vice President of Claims Design at Esurance, a subsidiary of Allstate, responsible for developing and leading all of Esurance’s claims process and design (claims finance, technology, auto material damage, casualty handling, and homeowners), as well as operational responsibility for Subrogation, SIU and Canadian claims handling.

Craig started his career at Progressive Insurance. Over a period of 27 years at Progressive, Craig held numerous claims leadership positions in operations, including Head of Claims for the Northwest states. In addition, Craig held key national claims process leadership roles, including countrywide responsibility for Auto Physical Damage for the Progressive claims organization.

Craig earned a degree in Economics from the University of Georgia.
