Datuk Lokman Bin Jamaan is a seasoned leader with an extensive background in public management and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Director of Law Enforcement for JPJ Malaysia, his role involves overseeing all aspects of law enforcement related to road safety and traffic management in Malaysia. His career trajectory has included significant roles such as the Division Secretary at the Ministry of Federal Territories, where he facilitated the strategic development and redevelopment of Kuala Lumpur City, and as Director of Strategy at the Prime Minister’s Office, where he led national security and intelligence operations.

Datuk Lokman holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management from the National Institute of Public Administration, Malaysia, and a BBA (Hons) in Finance from the Mara Institute of Technology, Malaysia. He also holds a Diploma of Accountancy, illustrating a strong foundation in both financial and public sector management. His educational background has provided him with a robust framework for his diverse roles in public service, ranging from diplomatic missions to strategic national planning.
