With over 25 years of experience in the industrial and automotive aftermarket, he has led teams to achieve sustained revenue growth by prioritising customer needs, leveraging data and embracing technology around evolving market trends. Prior to his current role, Dave held leadership positions at 3M focused on traffic safety and industrial OEM specification.  He is an advocate for industry collaboration and serves to bring innovation to our collision repair customers. When not focused on business, he enjoys cheering on his three daughter’s activities and playing recreational sports with family and friends.  He has a finance degree from the University of Minnesota and his MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
