At the core of his responsibilities lies managing all after sales service KPIs (productivity, efficiency, utilisation, first time fix, parts turnover stock etc. to achieve maximum efficiency and service business expansion. He strongly believes that a well-trained and well looked after sales team helps in overcoming obstacles and setting a great work-flow process.
