Eman Mojali is the Chief Executive Officer overseeing Motor, Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance at Bahrain National Insurance (bni) and a Board member of IASSIST Middle EAST WLL.

She is also a Board Member of Bahrain Insurance Association, and the Chairwoman of Bahrain Insurance Association, Motor Committee. Eman was also nominated as an IBIS Ambassador, where IBIS stands for International Bodyshop Industry Symposium. She takes this opportunity to engage the Bahrain automobile industry in the upcoming events of IBIS.

Eman has been part of bni since 1995, having over 27 years of experience in insurance. Her technical skills, experience, digitalisation vision and along with her talent for customer service, placed Eman in a position as Chief Executive Officer.

She got her MBA from Strathclyde University and her qualification in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Bahrain, ACII in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Productivity Improvement Practitioner (CPIP) and has also attended several technical, personal development and management courses and a series of Coaching and Mentoring Programs.

Moreover, Eman have a highly successful career, leading various roles, businesses, and cultural transformations, which have impacted her company and the insurance industry. She is the first female CEO in the company and even in Bahrain, handling two significant divisions, Motor and General Insurance, and was able to bring the highest results in her time. She is driven to achieve the targets set in annual budgets and long-term business plans.
