Currently Sales Vice-President Europe, Middle East, and Africa for Axalta, Fabien spent the last twenty-five years in the Automotive Refinish Coatings industry in Europe and globally.

Born in 1974 in France, he started his career in 1997 as Product Manager at BASF Coatings SAS in France. During his tenure at BASF, he held various roles of increasing scope and responsibilities in Sales Management, Key-Account Management, Commercial Operations, Business Management, Strategy and Marketing. Specialist of the distribution networks, he was responsible of the Western Europe Business Management and, before joining Axalta, he was in charge of the Global Marketing for BASF Coatings GmbH located in Münster, Germany.

Fabien joined Axalta in November 2022 and leads as Vice-President the EMEA Refinish Business for EMEA based in Basel, Switzerland.

He holds a master’s degree in business management from the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon, France.
