Ferhan Özay has more than 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry and has been the Co-CEO of Aon Turkey for 14 years. He is involved in the management of the operations, underwriting, reinsurance, and claims departments.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University and studied Contemporary Management in Marmara University. Özay Bey was also a member by invitation of the Insurance Directorate of the Turkish Treasury committees and was also the managing director for the Turkish Catastrophe Insurance Pool (DASK) and a former chairman of the Liability Committee at the Insurers and Reinsurers’ Association of Türkiye.
