Francisco Ponce is President, LATAM and Managing Director for Mexico, for Repairify Inc, in this role he leads operations for all the Americas and the sales efforts in LATAM.

He has more than 35 years of experience leading operations in the automotive industry on both the OEM & aftermarket side. Before joining Repairify in 2020, he served 15 years at LKQ as the Managing Director for Mexico. Prior to that, Francisco was at Proeza Group – also for 15 years – where he held several leadership positions in various business divisions that served the OEM market.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from UANL, Business degree from IPADE Business School and a Masters in Human Development.  He has served as VP & Board Member of the NL Export Association, (INDEX), and various universities.
