Since 2023, Gregory Planche has served as the Lighting Circular Economy Program Manager for Valeo Lighting Systems. He joined Valeo’s Light Division in Bobigny, France, in 2018 as an R&I Project Manager.

Prior to Valeo, Gregory spent three years at Jaguar Land Rover in England, focusing on project management. He began his career at Renault, dedicating 11 years to various project management roles primarily centered around powertrain systems.

He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Lyon (2003) and a second Master’s in Powertrain from IFP School (2013).

With 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Gregory is committed to helping leading organizations decarbonize mobility through circularity, resource preservation, business transformation, and scaling sustainable solutions that create lasting value.

An active speaker at international conferences such as SIA Vision, he has also submitted papers to the REMADE Institute on circular headlamp design.
