Haluk Yeşilbayraktar studied Mathematical Engineering at the Yildiz Technical University. During his professional career that spans 35 years, he has worked as a software engineer, system analyst, IT manager and deputy general manager in the insurance industry.

In 2003, he established Atilim Otomotiv A.S as a research and development hub working on vehicle repair, repair cost management, spare part provision management and software solutions.

He is the general manager of Atilim Otomotiv A.S, the parent company under which HOMER brand provides its services and the founder of HLD Otomotiv and Lemma Software.
