Henk brings 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. He began his career at dealerships, working in various aftersales roles before transitioning to the OEM side of the business.

Currently, Henk is the owner of a management and consultancy company and the co-owner of an international business specialising in developing and managing collision repair programs for OEMs, work providers, and large networks.

In 2013, Henk joined Tesla, where he was responsible for launching and expanding the collision repair program across Europe and the Middle East.

His achievements include establishing a network of nearly 300 Tesla Approved Body Shops across 26 countries in the EMEA region, leading the transformation and efficiency improvements of the paint facility at Tesla’s assembly plant in the Netherlands, and launching Tesla’s first company-owned collision centre in Europe, located near London, UK.

After eight years at Tesla, Henk seized the opportunity to build Rivian’s European collision program from the ground up.

This included laying the foundation for the program, pioneering advancements in the LCV sector, and launching the first collision partners in the German market – a journey he describes as both challenging and rewarding.

Fast forward to 2024, Henk embraced a new challenge by starting his own business. Drawing on his extensive skills, knowledge, and international network, he now provides expert advice, guidance, and solutions to companies and organizations in the automotive industry.

Henk is a strong advocate for partnerships and collaboration among industry stakeholders, believing these to be the key drivers of success.
