Jay Hayward has over 25 years of experience within the Automotive Aftermarket sector, currently the Senior Vice President, for CSN Collision’s North American Operations, overseeing Field Operations department, People and Culture, Strategic Partnerships, and IT.  Jay’s career in collision repair has taken him through sales management for a global sundries manufacturer as well as another collision franchise organization. For the last 15 plus years, Jay has been a key contributor in growing the CSN Collision organization to almost 400 locations in 3 countries.

Jay serves on various boards and councils in the education sector. He has also sits on various other advisory roles within the automotive sector. In his spare time, he is a certified minor hockey coach and avid camper.

Jay lives in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada with his wife, Vanessa and two teenaged children.
