Jeremy VanAlstyne is the Vice President of Sales at Axalta, where he leads the North American team in driving growth within the automotive refinish market.  With a proven track record of strategic leadership, he plays a key role in strengthening Axalta’s market position and expanding its business.

Before joining Axalta, Jeremy was Director of Sales at American Axle (AAM), where he led the global Ford and Stellantis teams, in optimizing the business and supporting AAM’s shift toward electrification. Prior to that, as Vice President of Sales at Transtar Autobody Technologies, his leadership was critical in revitlizing the sales organization and leveraging data to expand the company’s market presence.

Jeremy began his career in Washington, D.C., honing his commercial expertise at consulting firms INPUT and Frost & Sullivan.

A Greenwood, IN, native, he attended the University of Michigan, where he played football under legendary coach Lloyd Carr. A four-year letterman and Academic All-Big Ten honoree, Jeremy credits much of his leadership philosophy to the lessons learned on the field.

Now based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, he enjoys cheering on his three children at their athletic events, watching college football, and spending time with family and friends in Northern Michigan.
