John Karavasilias is the sole director of MPSR Group, an award-winning automotive bodyshop based in the Inner West of Sydney, NSW. With a team of 70, John oversees the repair of approximately 150 vehicles each week. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the repair industry and is a qualified panel and refinish technician.

As a leader, John emphasizes the importance of the human experience, treating customers, partners, subcontractors, and employees with fairness, dignity, and respect. His commitment to these values has helped build a positive and collaborative work environment at MPSR Group. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, John chose to expand and invest further in the business, which now occupies a 5,500 square meter facility.

John is also a proud father of two young sons, balancing his professional and personal life with dedication and care.
