Juan Carlos Martín forjó su carrera en el sector del recambio IAM, tanto en el ámbito de los fabricantes como en la distribución. Se inicio como delegado de Monroe en el norte de España y, seguidamente, consiguió un ascenso profesional dirigiendo operaciones regionales en Tenneco, actual Driv. Asumió roles estratégicos como country Manager para Remy Automotive en mercados como Francia, Magreb y la Península Ibérica.

Tras varios años de experiencia, su incorporación a Valeo como director comercial para España y Portugal, marcó un hito profesional antes de unirse a AD Parts, donde ha ejercido como director general hasta la actualidad.

También es miembro de la junta directiva de AD International y de ANCERA, empresa en la que ejerce como vicepresidente y contacto con FIGIEFA en Bruselas.

En el congreso de AD International 2023, recibió el galardón “Profesional of the Year Award”, gracias a las votaciones otorgadas por proveedores fabricantes y partners de AD International. Y, este año fue distinguido con el Premio Personaje de la Posventa 2025.

Juan Carlos Martín built his career in the IAM (Independent Aftermarket) parts sector, working in both manufacturing and distribution. He began as a regional representative for Monroe in northern Spain and later advanced professionally by managing regional operations at Tenneco (now Driv). He held strategic roles such as Country Manager for Remy Automotive across markets including France, the Maghreb, and the Iberian Peninsula.

After several years of experience, his appointment as Commercial Director for Spain and Portugal at Valeo marked a key milestone in his career before joining AD Parts, where he has served as Managing Director to the present day.

He is also a board member of AD International and ANCERA, where he serves as Vice President and liaison with FIGIEFA in Brussels.

At the AD International Congress in 2023, he received the Professional of the Year Award, as voted by supplier manufacturers and AD International partners. This year, he was honored with the 2025 Aftermarket Personality Award.
