Juan V. Goya is an entrepreneur passionate by the productivity and the efficiency, who has demonstrated an amazing ability to anticipate changes and transform the environment, in all the positions he has held.

His career has been developed alternating between the founding of the companies Abrasivos Transformados and net21 and holding management positions in the multinationals Saint Gobain and EMM International.

Currently, in addition to managing EMM International Southern Europe, he is the founder and CEO of net21, a service company that meets the productivity and efficiency improvement demands of car paint and body shops, defining processes, products and layout, with a revolutionary digital control system.

Juan V. Goya has a degree in Economics from the Madrid Complutense University and an MBA in Commercial Management and has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry and aftermarket.
