Kamil graduated from Yıldız Technical University as a mechanical engineer and holds a Sabancı University Executive MBA. He has also completed leadership and negotiation programme at Columbia Business School. Kamil started his automotive career as R&D engineer at Ford Otosan, where he had experience in the aftersales, sales and business development departments. The joined Temsa Motorlu Araçlar in 2022 and today he is their Aftersales Manager.
