After earning a Master’s degree in Economic Sciences and a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in Economic and Financial Integration, she coordinated a federation of companies in multimedia, IT, and audiovisual industries before founding her first company in communication and software development. Her early experiences already highlighted a strong connection to employment and professions. In 2007, she joined a major recruitment consulting group, enhancing her career with psychotechnical training, and later joined an executive search firm where she also developed a training program in HR Communication and Recruitment. In 2019, drawing from her personal and professional journey, she founded her consulting firm, Kaphisto RH, to offer a comprehensive approach that combines economic development, communication, IT technologies, and human resources.
