Kıvanç co-founded Dogma Alares, a next-generation strategy consulting firm, that brings strategy consultants, service designers, and machine learning engineers under one roof to solve CEOs’ top problems. Before this role, he led the PwC and Strategy& consulting in Turkey and was a member of the Advisory Board for PwC Europe Consulting.

Investor to VC funds. Board member of Yeniden Biz, an NGO focused on removing barriers for educated and experienced white-collar women employment.

He was chosen in October 2017 as one of the “top 25 Global Leaders in Consulting” by Consulting Magazine.

Graduated from ODTÜ civil engineering, has an engineering master’s degree from Cornell, and an MBA from London Business School.

Married to Sinem and has a son, named Ali. Plays guitar with his friends in a band called “Adı Albatros” and football with his son. Neighbours complain about both.
