Luis Chao Jaramillo has an extensive professional career in the insurance and automotive industry. After starting his career as a car appraiser in various insurance companies, he became the head of provider networks at Groupama, where he actively collaborated in the creation of one of Spain’s first structured workshop networks (Autopresto).

In 1997, he founded Thalay, one of the main appraisal networks in the Spanish market, gradually adding services to his portfolio as his clients demanded innovative ways to meet their needs. Then, in 2012, RepNet was born, one of the largest repair networks in terms of volume. In 2015, he initiated a close collaboration with Juan Manuel Vasco, an expert in automotive consulting and the development of technological platforms, and together they created PG3, the most comprehensive network management and business intelligence system in the sector. Fermín Hevia, an expert in strategy and business development, also joined the management team. Together, in 2021, they established OKORE, which consolidated the different lines of business and began the international expansion of the company.
