Marcelo is a passionate coatings chemical engineer, with more than 32 years in this extremely competitive business, with an MBA and several studies in finance and Design Thinking. He developed his career experience in several coatings segments like refinish, OEM and industrial and in areas like product, marketing, R&D and commercial, here he has participated in global developments and successfully launched many new products in the Latin American region. He has been appointed to international assignments and most recently as business development director for Latin America with Axalta. He is also secretary of the board in the national association of paint manufacturers in Mexico, ANAFAPYT.
